This meditation is a re-make of the original created by Prepare for Change. It is based on the principle of "ubuntu", a Nguni Bantu term meaning "humanity" that is sometimes translated as "I am because we are". It is an excellent self-healing tool for physical, emotional, as well as spiritual well-being.
In this guided shamanic journey meditation, we use visualization to tap the energy readily available in nature for healing and wellness.
